Felicity Ann Lazo
Broker Associate
Deep roots in Nipomo and
California's Central Coast
Felicity Ann Lazo brings more than two decades of real estate experience and longstanding community connections to her work with buyers and sellers on California’s Central Coast. Licensed since 2004 and a real estate broker since 2006, she combines professional experience with a personal understanding of Nipomo, the Five Cities, and the surrounding communities. Her background includes representing buyers and sellers in Nipomo, Guadalupe, and Santa Maria, with a particular interest in homes with gardens, acreage, and opportunities to enjoy the region’s outdoor lifestyle.
Before entering real estate, Felicity taught school in Nipomo. That chapter of her life connected her with local families and gave her a lasting appreciation for the people who shape the community. Her interest in Nipomo extends to its history, native landscapes, and future. Through her involvement in gardening and community initiatives, she has developed a perspective on the Central Coast that reaches beyond individual properties to the character of the place itself.
Felicity’s connection to land is both personal and professional. Her experience with her own Nipomo farm informs her interest in gardens, small farms, native plants, and sustainable living. She understands that buyers considering these properties have questions about more than bedrooms and square footage. Sun exposure, water considerations, outdoor space, and the potential uses of the land can all help determine whether a property fits their goals.
For those buying or selling on the Central Coast, Felicity offers the perspective of an experienced broker, a former local educator, and a community member with deep roots in Nipomo. Her work brings together an appreciation for people, property, and place to help clients make informed decisions about their next move.
